Termites and carpenter ants can severely damage your home before you even know they are there. An inspection can tell you if the damage is recent or old. This information is very important when you're purchasing a home. A home inspector without a WDO certification can't tell you what you need to know to make a wise purchasing decision.
Eastern Oregon generally has subterranean termites. That means we will likely need to inject termiticide into the ground and or the foundation of your home. We need dry weather on both sides of treatment day for an effective treatment.
